Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Lead and manage investigations, risk evaluations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) related to non-conformances such as deviations, complaints, and market recalls, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Act as the primary QA contact for various departments, ensuring reliability, responsibility, and accountability in decision-making processes
• Drive the implementation and application of Operational Excellence (OPEX) tools and principles across the organization
• Advance process improvements in quality, supporting change programs and ensuring the realization of project objectives
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental protection within your area of responsibility

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles, especially in investigation processes, root cause analysis, and problem-solving, with a solid understanding of Quality Management in a pharmaceutical environment and knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
• Degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnologies, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and driving quality excellence in cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in deploying cultural change by empowering, training, and coaching high-performing teams, leading change acting as promoter
• Fluency both in Italian and English
• Strategic and analytical thinking, with a Global perspective & Intercultural sensitivity
• Precision, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management & networking and communication skills
• OPEXc mind‑set and education with deep knowledge of LEAN & continuous improvement tools
