Founded in 2014 in the Outer Sunset of San Francisco, Andytown is committed to sourcing, roasting, and brewing the best coffee we can while still making specialty coffee approachable and fun. We believe that specialty coffee is for everyone and our dedication to hospitality has created a loyal following.

We have a full-time Barista position open at our beautiful new cafe located inside a private tech campus. We are looking for someone who enjoy creating memorable customer experiences in a high-volume environment. This role has a rate of $19.50 – $21.00 per hour depending on experience, plus tips and benefits. • Take full ownership of day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service in a one-person setting.
• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso, brewed coffee, and non-coffee beverages according to Andytown standards.
• Manage daily opening and closing tasks, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
• Keep the café organized and spotless at all times, representing both Andytown and our private café partners with care.
• Communicate proactively about inventory, supply needs, maintenance issues, and scheduling updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with on-site client teams, creating a welcoming and reliable Andytown experience.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to confidently operate solo, handling both bar service and light administrative duties.
• Upholding health department standards.

• Ability to do repetitive work, including tamping espresso by hand.
• Comfortability working in a small space in close proximity to others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand up to 8+ hours every shift.
• Sometimes will need to bend, crouch, kneel, and reach over-head, to complete tasks.
