• Seasoned Software Engineer with a strong application development background.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well‑scoped product features.
• Advocate for and practice test‑driven development (TDD) to ensure high‑quality, reliable software.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (preferred), or Golang, Node.js, or Python, with experience developing high‑performance and high‑availability backend systems.
• Experience with Next.js or other front‑end technologies is nice to have.
• Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience building scalable systems and driving test‑driven CI/CD practices.
• Experience with SQL and No

• Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis or Memcached.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Experience designing distributed systems.

The salary range for this role is $120,000–$180,000 USD. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. Compensation is based on skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
