We build and optimize the centralized levers the entire company depends on (access and identity, notifications, friending, cross-app linking, onboarding, SEO, and global distribution partnerships), and we own the platforms that unify the family of apps under a single Meta Account.

---## Software Engineer (Technical Leadership) - Central Growth Responsibilities
* Define and drive the multi-year technical vision and architecture for large-scale product systems, ensuring designs are reliable, extensible, and capable of evolving with business needs
* Identify and solve the most complex, cross-cutting engineering problems across multiple systems and abstraction layers, including issues that span organizational boundaries
* Establish extensible technical foundations, coding standards, and architectural patterns that improve consistency and delivery velocity across engineering organizations
* Lead cross-functional execution of org-wide technical initiatives, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving outcomes against defined milestones and metrics
* Develop and operationalize engineering excellence programs including reliability standards, performance guardrails, and quality frameworks adopted across teams
