Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic to join our Final Assembly team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in aircraft maintenance and repair, with a focus on final assembly tasks. This position is located in Menominee, MI.
Responsibilities- Perform final assembly tasks on aircraft components and systems
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft structures and systems
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $40.00/hr
