Vice President Controller

Description Kforce has a client in the Menomonee Falls, WI area that is looking for a Vice President Controller. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP Finance and executive leadership team on financial performance, balance sheet strategy, and enterprise risk.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across the system and affiliates;
Elevate the role of accounting as a forward-looking, insight-generating function;
Communicate financial results and key drivers clearly
* Lead the modernization of the financial close process (speed, accuracy, automation, standardization);
Emphasize automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and enhance analytics Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
Master's degree in accounting or related field preferred
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
* Ten years of progressive responsibility in leading a corporate finance program
* Deep expertise in GAAP and financial reporting in complex organizations required
* Public accounting experience preferred
