JB Custom is a fast-growing remodeling company built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity. We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Sales/Project Coordinator who will play a dual role: driving sales efficiency and job scheduling.
This is not an entry-level role—we want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and can anticipate needs before they arise.
What You’ll DoSales Support
- Assist with lead intake, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send estimates/proposals through Job Tread.
- Manage client communications to ensure a professional, timely response.
- Support new business development and help nurture B2B relationships.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate job scheduling between project managers, field crews, and clients.
- Ensure all jobs are properly staffed, sequenced, and tracked against deadlines.
- Oversee changes in scheduling and communicate updates clearly to all parties.
- Track material orders, delivery timing, and job readiness.
Office Support
- Act as the President’s right-hand, helping manage priorities and daily operations.
- Screen and organize emails, calls, and meeting requests.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and operational initiatives.
- Provide organizational oversight to keep leadership focused on growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales coordination, project scheduling, or executive assistance
. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using technology (Job Tread, Quick Books, Google Workspace, etc.).
- A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who can “own” responsibilities without constant direction.
