Associate Producer, Fashion and Ecommerce Photography

Aquent is partnering with a leading national retailer to find an Associate Producer to support high-volume fashion photography and video production. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work in a dynamic creative studio, coordinating models, talent agencies, and production teams to bring compelling ecommerce and marketing content to life.

We’re looking for someone who knows what happens behind the scenes of a successful photo shoot—someone who loves working with creative people, thrives in a fast‑paced studio, and can keep productions organized and moving forward.

• Support producers and senior producers in planning and executing on‑figure photography and video shoots.
• Coordinate shoot schedules, shot lists, fittings, talent availability, and production logistics.
• Work directly with model agencies, hair and makeup professionals, and freelance creative talent to source, schedule, and confirm bookings.
• Provide hands‑on support on set, keeping communication flowing and helping shoots stay on schedule.
• Troubleshoot last‑minute production changes and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
• Partner with creative teams to identify talent that aligns with brand direction and customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate talent records, booking information, production schedules, and related documentation.
• Support production wrap‑up, including invoice tracking, shot list reconciliation, and vendor follow‑up.

• Hands‑on experience supporting professional photography, video, or commercial creative productions, including shoot preparation and on‑set coordination.
• Working knowledge of talent sourcing, casting, or booking processes.
• Experience communicating with photographers, stylists, creative teams, and external production partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work with different personalities in a fast‑moving creative environment.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Resourcefulness and sound judgment when unexpected issues arise during production.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work onsite at the Milwaukee studio four days per week.

• Fashion, apparel, or retail ecommerce photography experience, particularly on‑figure production.
• Experience working directly with model agencies, casting teams, or freelance hair and makeup professionals.
• Knowledge of talent rates, usage agreements, booking documentation, and production travel logistics.
• Experience in a high‑volume in‑house creative studio or commercial production agency.
• Experience supporting both photography and video shoots.

• Work where the creative action happens:
Be part of a large‑scale professional studio producing content for a nationally recognized retail brand.
• Build meaningful industry relationships:
Collaborate with photographers, stylists, model agencies, and experienced production professionals.
• Gain exposure to diverse productions:
Support ecommerce, fashion, and marketing content across multiple categories.
• Grow your production ownership:
Develop toward independently managing assigned shoots with guidance from experienced producers.
• Make a visible impact:
Help bring creative concepts to life through well‑organized, successful productions.

If you’re passionate about commercial photography, enjoy working with creative talent, and love the energy of a busy photo set, we’d love to hear from you.
