Diamond Vogel has a full-time position available in our Customer Care Department located in Menomonee Falls, WI. Responsibilities will involve several areas including, but not limited to:

• Process customer orders
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from current and potential customers
• Partner with sales representatives to support external customers
• Provide creative solutions for customer needs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers
• Collaborate with internal departments to satisfy customer expectations

Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience in an office setting with basic knowledge of ERP systems for data management, reporting, and process support. While on-the-job training will be provided, prior exposure to ERP systems and office environments is expected. A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently are also important.

This position plays an integral role in providing quality support to both internal and external customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with excellent organizational and administrative abilities. Attention to accuracy and detail, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
