Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Mechanical Engineer. This is an awesome opportunity to learn from the ground up as you impact the design, fabrication, and modification of mechanical and electro mechanical components, systems, and sub-systems.

• Design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products, systems or subsystems
• Use computer-aided engineering or other design/analysis software in the performance of assignments
• Provide regular reporting of progress and status
• Review customer specifications and requirements, and under direction, develop designs to best support them, including cost as a key design variable
• Specify and evaluate supplier components, subsystems and services
• Support the program design to cost and design for manufacture requirements

• Typically requires at least 6 months of related internship or similar experience in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of power electronics, power distribution, circuit board design, and/or semi-conductors is much preferred
• Motivated and engaged; comfortable in a team environment but also okay with working independently sometimes
