Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer supporting production of power control and power conversion systems and subsystems for the US Navy.

• Perform complex functions in the process design, fabrication, modification and/or evaluation of production operations
• Work cross-functionally to ensure quality design and manufacturing processes
• Prepare plans, conduct support studies, provide analysis or tests in the development of production operations
• Analyze situations or data requiring sound judgment in diverse responsibilities
• Develop manufacturing process plans, test requirements, manufacturing flow, and capacity plans
• Review detail designs for manufacturability and producibility

• Bachelor's Degree in an applicable engineering field with 5+ years applicable engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics
• An energetic, self‑starter willing to take on various projects and bring them to completion
• Comfortable working alone and in a team environment
