- Enter and manage orders for the Packaging film, Pouching, STANDCAP, Express Web and Balloon film product lines.
- Coordinate problem solving efforts (invoice resolution, quality issues, customer complaints, etc.) in order to communicate a resolution to the customer.
- Serve as back-up to Account Managers when they are out of the office, offering seamless support to customers.
- Assist Account Managers/Regional Managers with preparation for customer visits and participate as needed.
- Seek cross-training opportunities to aid all Sales team members during periods of high volume.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. Customer Service or Sales Experience is preferred.
- Must be able to collaborate with other employees, effectively communicate to share information, solve problems, and instruct employees. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents and complex correspondence. Must be able to write standard reports and documentation.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into varying units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must infrequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, the ability to adjust focus and differentiate colors.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee infrequently works near moving mechanical parts and is infrequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is quiet – hearing protection is required on the manufacturing floor.
Protective Clothing/ Equipment Required
Hearing protection, safety shoes, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements must be worn in all manufacturing areas. Additional PPE may be required as needed.
