40.00

Shift: Flexible first shift between 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Compiles and reviews accounts payable documents and prepares document batches for processing for timely payment of invoices; responding to employee and vendor inquiries. Processes electronic payments. Serves as a backup for running AP checks. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of mainframe computer processing is required.

A minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience with Excel is preferred.
