As the Industrial Controls Division (ICD) Senior Financial Analyst, you will report directly to our Strategic Finance Manager and support the ICD team with financial planning & analysis, commercial, and operational financial initiatives. You will specialize in analyzing financial data and providing insights related to the operations. You will work closely with both the division and plant finance teams, as well as the division leadership team, to assist decision making and optimize financial performance.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83,250 - $122,100 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

• Financial Analysis and Performance Reporting: prepare regular financial reports and performance updates for management, highlighting key financial metrics and variances to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with each plant and function to develop action plans, strategies and initiatives needed to achieve the expected targets.
• Operations Finance:
  Partner with division finance director and group leadership to achieve financial results through financial analysis, SCM variances/commodities, costing and productivity.
• Process Improvement:
  Collaborate cross functionally to identify inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities that can lead to improved results.
• Commercial Finance:
  Partner with division marketing team to analyze pricing strategy, product line profitability, market share and rebate program effectiveness to identify opportunities and develop strategies in conjunction with the Division Commercial Finance Manager.
• Decision Support:
  Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, such as evaluating capital deployment opportunities or new projects. Support initiatives (including CAPEX and inventory) and influence changes: evaluate proposals for productivity improvements and growth in areas such as operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality, and supply chain management.
• Inventory Management:
  Support inventory initiatives to maximize operational profitability while maximizing cash.
• Forecasting / Planning:
  Support monthly forecasts, the yearly Profit Plan cycle, and long term strategic plan for all finance activities.
• Financial Modeling:
  Create financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on performance.
• SIOP:
  Assist operations, commercial, and supply chain teams through SIOP process and enablement.
• Interim State Responsibilities:
  Lead and support the finance and plant leadership teams through finance transformation / Champion the finance culture change at the plant level, aiding the finance team to operate as business partners / Manage through transformation change in function and lead various activities associated with it.

Basic (required)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited institution
• Three years of progressive experience in finance/accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three years of experience as a financial analyst or similar, working for a global manufacturing organization
• Two years of experience with data analytics and its associated tools
• Bilingual Spanish & English
