Surgical Technologist, Menomonee Falls ASC — Froedtert Health. This on-site role is located at the Menomonee Falls Surgery Center. FTE 0.8, standard hours 32 per week. Shift: Shift
1. Holidays, weekends TBD.

The Surgical Technologist handles instruments, supplies and equipment during the surgical procedure. Understands the procedure, anticipates the surgeon's needs, maintains the sterile field, and supports department efficiency and cost containment. Performs related duties as needed.

• A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Surgical Technologist is required.
• Ability to first assist is preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post high school education, certification or diploma required. Completion of a Surgical Technologist program, completion of Military Operating Room Specialist course or Froedtert Health sponsored apprentice II program required.

• American Heart Association BLS or equivalent required within 90 days of hire. Certification as a Surgical Technologist is highly preferred.
