This position is eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus!
FTE: 0.001 (Optional Part-Time)
Shift: Shift 3
$3.00/hr 3rd shift differential on top of base pay!
Job Summary:Under the direction of a radiologist, operates computed tomography (CT) and related equipment. Performs CT studies according to specific guidelines, prescribed protocols, and utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. Reviews images, archives with associated patient data, and interacts with imaging personnel, nursing and medical staff, patients, and visitors.
Experience:A minimum of 1 year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology is preferred. Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinical experience.
Education:Post high school completion of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program is required. 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
Licensure:ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WI license as a Radiographer are required. Advanced certification in CT required within 18 months of hire/transfer. AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or an approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
