Job Summary:

• Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients by assessing, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.
• Participates in department activities designed to enhance patient care within Rehabilitation Services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.

Education:

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program is required.

Licensure:

• State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant License is required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
