Job SummaryResponsible for researching and resolving unpaid insurance claims and customer inquiries/ complaints for high volume Managed Care contracts. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Research and resolve unpaid insurance claims.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to Managed Care contracts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years of business office experience in billing, customer service, or collections in a healthcare environment is required. - EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. - SPECIAL
SKILLS:
Microcomputer Excel.
Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $21.16- $28.78. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
