We’re hiring Industrial Health Clinicians to provide top-tier wellness and injury prevention services to our workforce. We’re seeking PRN team members available for intermittent coverage at our Menomonee Falls location, Monday through Friday, on 1st and 2nd shifts.

Who You Are:
- An Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant with an active license in the state you are applying.
- Passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and promoting wellness.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching to employees.
- Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
- Implement work simulation and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching.
- Engage staff in health initiatives and promote injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to support workplace health.
- Track, analyze, and report program metrics to measure impact.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Dress Code:
Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE.
