Job Summary: This hybrid position will involve client site health coaching, traveling wellness, presentations, and overall health promotion and advocacy on lifestyle modifications and long‑term behavioral improvements. Covers business hours M‑F and requires flexibility around periodic weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with assessing, planning, designing, and implementing the Wellness Works or Workforce Health program.
• Present on various health topics to corporate clients.
• Interact with departments to develop services that meet the needs of Froedtert Health customers.
• Travel is required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience: Two to three years of corporate wellness / health education / program development / community relations / presentation experience. Healthcare organization experience preferred. Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing strategies preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in health / community education, exercise physiology, or related healthcare/wellness field required. Master’s degree with emphasis in the healthcare field preferred.

Special

Skills:

Working knowledge of personal computer and various audiovisual equipment including Microsoft Suite. Demonstrates evidence of group facilitation, integrity, initiative, written and verbal communication skills.

Licensure: Valid Driver’s License is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent required within three months of hire. Wellness or Health Coaching certification endorsed by NSHC, ACE or Wellcoaches preferred.
