The Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in the design, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Cadence scheduling templates and protocols within Ambulatory Clinics and Departments. Reporting to the Capacity Management Manager, works with the team of Template Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that scheduling processes align with organizational goals.

3 years of experience required.

5+ years of experience in medical operations related to patient scheduling, access and/or clinical systems is preferred.

Epic scheduling systems and Template build experience preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in related field required. In lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be considered.

Epic Cadence Proficiency, or must obtain proficiency in Epic Cadence within 6 months of hire.

Epic Cadence Certification preferred.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $24.83 - $42.46. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
