Responsibilities include:

* Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
* Encouraging independence and resident choice
* Supporting residents' social, emotional, and physical well-being
* Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
* Communicating resident needs and changes with the care team

* Previous caregiving or direct care experience preferred
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* CPR certification preferred
