Work mode: Hybrid,
Standard hours: 40.00,
Shift: 8am – 4:30pm, flexible and roughly 2 days/week from the office.
Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves staff and management in designated business units and is responsible for integrating strategic human capital thinking into business decisions. The HRBP acts as a strategic positioner, capability builder, credible activist, and change champion, assessing and anticipating HR needs, communicating proactively within the division, and developing integrated solutions. The HRBP collaborates across the HR division to deliver value‑added services that align with the organization’s business objectives.
The HRBP maintains business literacy on unit finances, strategy, culture, and competition. Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of HR or related experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience specific to employee relations
- Specialized knowledge or skills in strategic HR, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent acquisition, or organizational development (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree preferred
- Leadership training preferred
- PHR or equivalent professional certification preferred
