Service Now Platform Admin, FCH - ITSM
Location:
Menomonee Falls, WI (Woodland Prime 400 facility). Remote available.
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5 pm.
Job SummaryResponsible for the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the Service Now platform and applications. Collaborates with stakeholders across IT to configure the platform and applications to meet their needs.
Experience Requirements- Minimum 2 years as a Service Now Administrator.
- Experience configuring and customizing Service Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
- Preferred experience with Service Now ITOM modules and IRM/SPM modules.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in relevant areas (ITSM, ITOM, IRM) preferred.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
Knowledge of computer/network principles equivalent to completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field, or comparable experience.
TrainingProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Special Skills- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

- Customer focused, action oriented, resourceful, accountable, results driven, team player, tech‑savvy, organized, strong work ethic.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in relevant areas (ITSM, ITOM, IRM) preferred.
Hourly pay: $32.54 – $55.66, based on experience. Benefits include:
