Your Role on Our Team:

As the Director, IT – Oracle Platform, you will lead the team that owns Milwaukee Tool’s Oracle Fusion platform. With our Oracle Fusion foundation now live and established, your focus will be on ensuring operational excellence while evolving the platform through new capabilities that keep pace with our fast-growing business. You will lead a high-performing platform organization, partner with leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and others, and define the long-term platform strategy that turns Oracle into a durable competitive advantage.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and grow the Oracle Platform Team by recruiting and retaining top talent while building strong succession plans, career paths, and leadership capability.

Own the health, stability, security, performance, and scalability of Milwaukee Tool's Oracle Fusion platform in production.

Champion enterprise standardization and best practices while thoughtfully evaluating exceptions that create measurable business value.

Govern platform architecture, change control, release management, and solution standards to maintain a secure, scalable, global single-instance Oracle platform.

Define, communicate, and execute a multi-year Oracle platform roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and business outcomes.

Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into standardized platform capabilities that enable long-term business growth.

Prioritize and deliver a continuous pipeline of new platform capabilities and module implementations while maintaining operational excellence.

Oversee internal teams and external partners, including system integrators and managed service providers, while owning platform investment, licensing strategy, vendor performance, and commercial outcomes.

Serve as the senior escalation point for critical platform issues and ensure disciplined operational support, risk management, and service continuity.

Communicate platform health, strategic progress, business outcomes, and investment priorities to executive leadership and steering committees.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:15+ years of IT experience in large or midsize multinational manufacturing or supply chain organizations, including significant leadership of technical teams.

Demonstrated success leading an enterprise platform through implementation, operational stabilization, continuous evolution, and long-term modernization.

Deep, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including enterprise implementations and ownership of a mature production platform.

Proven people leadership, including leading managers and multidisciplinary technical teams, with a track record of building high-performing organizations.

Demonstrated ability to define long-term platform strategy, prioritize competing demands, and deliver incremental business value.

Strong vendor, budget, and portfolio management experience, including system integrators and managed-services partners.

Broad knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and finance business processes and how they map to Oracle capabilities.
