Director of AI Strategy & Adoption

Continental Properties is looking for a Director of AI Strategy & Adoption
. As Director of AI Strategy & Adoption, you'll be the bridge between our IT & Data team, HR, AI Advisory Board, and business departments, finding high-value AI use cases, managing their rollout, and building the capability our teams need to work confidently with AI. You'll bring analytical thinking and project discipline, plus deep, hands-on expertise in the AI landscape. You know the tools, you know what's changing week to week, and you know how to turn that into practical solutions for our teams.

This is Continental's first AI role, and you're the one who gets to define it and build this function from the ground up. You'll report to our EVP & Chief Customer Experience.

• Partner with department leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases across the business
• Manage AI adoption projects end-to-end, from scoping through deployment
• Map existing workflows and redesign processes to integrate AI tools effectively
• Build prototypes using tools like Claude Code or Codex to test ideas quickly
• Define success metrics and report on the ROI of AI initiatives
• Design and lead AI training and change-management programs for teams across the company
• Stay current on the AI tool landscape and advise departments on which tools and approaches are worth adopting

Skills for Success:

• 7+ years of experience in product/project/program management or technology enablement
• Strong technical aptitude and genuine depth in the AI space — you actively track new tools and models and can speak credibly about the AI landscape, even without a formal technical background
• Genuinely passionate about AI — you tinker with new tools and build things for fun on your own time
• Strong communicator who can translate between technical and business teams
• No programming background required; you'll partner with our IT/Data teams and outside consultants to bring ideas to life
