Operations Team Lead

Location:

Menomonee Falls, WI. Salary: $130,000 – $160,000.

Lead the LP Operations Center (ROC) and manage day-to-day functions, monitor team performance, and ensure efficient service delivery.

• Create and maintain ROC monitoring initiatives to support department financial objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify and recommend business plans to enhance the effectiveness of Kohl's shortage initiatives.
• Determine critical issues, target root causes, and generate creative solutions.
• Guide store teams and ROC investigators on company policy and processes.
• Communicate current trends and performance between the ROC and key Loss Prevention Leadership.
• Develop effective training and awareness materials to promote program objectives with ROC associates.
• Monitor team performance and productivity, analyze data to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor and report on emergency incidents, safety incidents, and weather alerts.
• Provide support for individualized development plans for team members, fostering a developmental environment.
• Create an effective work environment by establishing clear objectives, recognizing associates, and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.

• Previous leadership experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including Google products.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Critical decision-making during live theft and safety events.
• Excellent analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s of Science in IS, Finance or Criminal Justice.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
