• Lead the Team – recruit, train, and inspire a high‑energy staff while fostering a guest‑first, fun‑focused culture.
• Own the P&L – forecast sales and labor, manage COGS, analyze weekly reports, and turn insights into action.
• Elevate Operations – oversee bowling, food & beverage, leagues, events, arcade attractions, and facility upkeep to deliver seamless service every shift.
• Boost Revenue – launch promotions, themed nights, and community partnerships that fill lanes and tables year‑round.
• Champion Safety & Compliance – maintain spotless standards in food safety, OSHA, and local regulations.
• Engage the Community – act as brand ambassador at area events and cultivate relationships that keep guests coming back.

• 3 – 5+ years of general management experience in hospitality, FEC, restaurant, or high‑volume service settings.
• Proven leadership of 40+ team members across multiple departments.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of hitting labor and cost targets.
• Creative problem‑solver who stays calm when the rush hits.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs, be on your feet, and move throughout a large venue for extended periods.
