Production Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Diamond Vogel has an excellent full-time opportunity in our Production Department for a Machine Operator at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring our high-quality coatings are manufactured and packaged safely, efficiently, and consistently.

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Fridays as needed for overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate paint manufacturing control systems, including HSDs, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
• Run automated packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, and labelers.
• Monitor product quality throughout production and packaging, including OTMIS (off-the-mill in spec), fill levels, fill weights, cycle times, and package appearance.
• Review and follow written instructions across manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and receiving.
• Maintain accurate documentation for quality checks, materials, and production activities.
• Assist with material handling and movement of ingredients and finished goods as needed.
• Keep a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Participate in housekeeping, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with production equipment preferred.
