Diamond Vogel has a full-time opportunity available in the Quality Control Laboratory at our aerosol paint facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure that every product we make meets our high-quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.

This is a 2nd shift position working Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect, test, and measure materials, products, and processes to verify they meet quality specifications.

Manage batch corrections for products that are out of specification.

Conduct regular audits and production line checks to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Document inspection results accurately and maintain organized quality records and reports.

Identify defects or non-conformances, working closely with production teams to determine root causes.

Use testing equipment, measurement tools, and software to verify product accuracy and consistency.

Follow established quality control procedures and suggest updates as needed.

Collaborate with supervisors and chemists to develop corrective actions and improve processes.

Maintain retained samples for production orders and proper documentation for future reference.

Monitor quality trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the lab and production teams.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

Basic math and computer skills required.

Ability to stand for most of the shift and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Prior lab experience preferred.

Experience as a technician in a chemical or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Experience with color matching is a differentiator.
