Production Administrator

Diamond Vogel is seeking a Production Administrator for our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. This full-time role supports the Operations Department by managing ERP system tasks for shop orders and material requisitions, ensuring accurate data entry, timely processing, and smooth coordination between Production, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams.

• Create, update, and close shop orders in the ERP system
• Process material requisitions and track raw material allocation
• Maintain accurate production records and generate daily/weekly reports
• Liaise with Production, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies
• Communicate changes in shop orders or material requirements promptly
• Ensure all ERP transactions comply with company policies and audit requirements
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment (paint/coatings or chemical industry preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
