Diamond Vogel has an excellent full-time opportunity in our Production Department for a Blender/Mixer at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. This position plays an important role in ensuring our high-quality coatings are produced safely, efficiently, and consistently.

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Fridays as needed for overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull, measure, and mix raw materials according to batch specifications.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all written instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of batches, materials, and production data.
• Assist with material handling, transferring, and packaging of finished goods.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and the lab to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keep a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing, blending, or mixing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with production equipment a plus.
