Job Shift: 1st shift (Mon‑Fri 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). Predictable hours with voluntary overtime.

- Precision TIG (GTAW) welding of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, and cobalt alloys, between 0.020" and 0.064" thick.
- Fit, assemble, and weld complex components using fixtures, tools, and weld positioner.
- Read and interpret sketches, routings, process control sheets, and weld symbols.
- Visually inspect all weldments; identify potential indications; repair and report defects per our advanced quality system requirements.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products you’re proud to put your name on.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience.
- Demonstrated ability to weld on qualification materials during interview process.
- Solid understanding of weld symbols and fabrication fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety‑first mindset.
