Pay: $32.19 per hour plus additional wage premiums
. Sign‑on bonus: $2000 graduated
. Shift: 6 AM to 6 PM – Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and alternating Wednesdays. Overtime available. Wage increases every 6 months (May and November).

• Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain a high‑speed coater line
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
• Collaborate with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to pass a mechanics test
• Desire to operate and maintain Silgan’s coater lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
