This is a second shift role from Monday through Friday 3PM-11PM. The pay rate is $23.35 per hour (including shift premium).

• Set up and operate cutting/folding machinery.
• Examine work orders to determine and perform set up specifications.
• Monitor and maintain quality by following company standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor, finishing operators, material handlers, and co-workers.
• Provide oversight, direction, and training to general workers or temporary staff assigned to assist in the folding area.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and production adjustments of equipment as needed.
• Clean and maintain the work area.
• Perform other bindery and related functions as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Finishing Operator experience including the ability to set up and operate bindery.
• Knowledge of cutting, mailing, and folding is highly desired.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and knowledge.

• Frequent sitting.
• Frequent use of hands to type, finger, handle, grasp or touch objects and tools.
• Frequently required to talk or listen.
• Occasional standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, bending, reaching.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
