Cutter​/Offline Finishing Operator – 1st Shift

Overview

Join the Arandell team as an Offline Finishing Operator and become a part of our legacy of excellence. You'll be the expert behind the machine, transforming printed sheets into finished products. This is a 1st shift role from Monday through Friday 7AM - 3PM. The pay rate is: $22.00
.

• Set up and operation of cutting/folding machinery.
• Examine work orders to determine and perform set up specifications.
• Monitor and maintain quality by following company standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor, finishing operators, material handlers, and co-workers.
• Provide oversight, direction, and training to general workers or temporary staff in the folding area.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and production adjustments of equipment as needed.
• Clean and maintain the work area.
• Perform other bindery and related functions as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Finishing Operator experience with the ability to set up and operate bindery.
• Knowledge of cutting, mailing, and folding is highly desired.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and knowledge.
