Material Handler - 1st Shift (Menomonee Falls Area)

Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a clean, climate-controlled environment and steady schedule.

Pay: $20-$21/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Mon-Thu 7:00am-3:30pm | Fri 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Pull, organize, and stage materials for production
• Transfer materials using stand-up forklift or pallet jack
• Mix ink and prep components for press operations
• Return unused materials to inventory and maintain clean work area
• Perform inventory counts and communicate with team daily

Requirements:

• Stand-up forklift experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
• Detail-oriented and reliable

What You'll Do:

• Lead and train the packaging team
• Ensure products are packaged, labeled, and sealed correctly
• Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment
• Track inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED (some college preferred)
• Prior packaging, warehouse, or team lead experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift/pallet jack experience a plus
