Cutter​/Offline Finishing Operator – 3rd Shift

Overview

Flat Cutter / Offline Finishing Operator – 3rd Shift (11PM-7AM) n to apply for the role and become part of a legacy of excellence spanning over 100 years. You’ll be the expert behind the machine, transforming printed sheets into finished products.

• Set up and operate cutting/folding machinery to automatically fold, slit, and score sheets for binding.
• Load paper accurately, perform quality checks, and precisely cut and stage finished work.
• Adjust the machine mid-run and handle minor maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality.
• Provide oversight, direction, and training to general workers or temporary staff in the folding area as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and production adjustments of equipment as needed.
• Perform other bindery and related functions as needed.

This is a third shift role from Sunday through Thursday 11PM-7AM.
Pay rate: $23.35 per hour (including shift premium)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Finishing Operator with the ability to set up and operate a bindery.
• Knowledge of cutting, mailing, and folding is highly desired.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and knowledge.
