About the RoleWe’re seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead our production team, ensuring top‑quality products and smooth operations.
What You’ll Do- Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged team of production employees.
- Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence.
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Verify finished products using inspection tools including bore gauges, rail gauges, and micrometers.
- Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications.
- Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals.
- Work closely with supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity.
- Partner with Production Control to schedule work, manage assignments, and maintain workflow between shifts.
- Drive continuous improvement in raw materials and manufacturing processes.
- Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
