Sheet Metal Technician - Metal Finishing / Polishing - Menomonee Falls, WI

Ace Precision Inc is an internationally recognized supplier to the Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense and Space industries.

We are looking for a Sheet Metal Technician to polish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals. The role involves maintaining dimensional integrity, inspecting finishes, and following safety procedures.

• Polish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals (aluminum, stainless steel, cobalt, nickel alloys) to exact specifications.
• Create flawless surface finishes, removing scratches, burrs and imperfections while maintaining dimensional integrity.
• Work with a variety of hand and power tools, especially hand grinders.
• Follow work instructions and complete required quality paperwork.
• Inspect surface finishes and dimensions using micrometers, calipers, height stands and visual inspection tools.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with a team to build quality products.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship and a safety-first mindset.
