• Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently.
• Perform hands‑on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking.
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations.
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaboratively work with teammates to produce high‑quality products you can be proud to put your name on.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety‑first mindset.
• Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus—but not required.
