Reich Tool & Design in Wisconsin is seeking a CNC Department Lead to coach a skilled team, manage workloads, and drive process improvements from concept to finish. You will design fixtures, develop CNC programs, and ensure quality and safety across a range of precision parts.
The role requires 7–10 years of CNC experience, proficiency in CNC programming software, and Solid Works/CAD-CAM. Journeyman CNC a plus; US citizenship preferred. Full-time, in-person, first shift with potential overtime.
