Tired of Running the Same Parts Every Day?

If you're a CNC Machinist who enjoys variety, solving problems, and making parts that require skill and precision, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

At Krueger Bearings, we're not a high-volume production shop where you run the same part for weeks at a time. We specialize in low-volume, custom machining work, which means new challenges, different setups, and opportunities to use your skills every day.

We're a family-owned machine shop that takes pride in what we make and the people who make it. Our bearings are used in demanding industrial applications, including supporting equipment that helps propel U.S. Navy ships.

If you want to do more than just push buttons, keep reading.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.

  • Read blueprints and interpret machining requirements.

  • Make adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications.

  • Inspect your own work and take pride in producing quality parts.

  • Work through different jobs, setups, and machining challenges.

  • Collaborate with other machinists and team members to keep production moving.

  • Help solve problems and identify ways to improve efficiency and quality.

Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities to expand your skills in CNC programming, tooling, and more advanced setups.

Why Consider Krueger Bearings?

Variety in your work. We specialize in low-volume machining, so you won't spend every day making thousands of the same part.

Use your skills. We value machinists who think critically, solve problems, and care about doing the job right.

Keep learning. Whether you're experienced or looking to grow your machining abilities, we're willing to invest in the right person.

Be part of a team. We're a family-owned company where your work matters, and your contributions make a difference.

Make parts that matter. Our work supports critical industrial applications, and we take pride in the quality and reliability of what leaves our shop.

Who We're Looking For

You don't have to know everything on day one, but you should have a mechanical mindset and a willingness to learn.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have CNC machining, setup, or operating experience.

  • Can read blueprints and use measuring instruments.

  • Understand the importance of quality and precision.

  • Take responsibility for your work.

  • Enjoy figuring things out rather than simply following the same routine.

  • Work well with others and take pride in being a skilled tradesperson.

Experience with CNC turning centers, CNC mills, or programming is a plus. We're interested in what you can do today and what you're capable of learning tomorrow.

Ready for a Change?

If you're looking for a machining job where you can put your skills to work, take on different challenges, and be part of a team that values quality, we'd like to hear from you.
