This position will be a Urogynecology RN. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics works collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family centered care.

The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics systematically and continuously collects and assesses data related to patient health status to develop, execute and evaluate the plan of care. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics utilizes evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice related to individual and population health.

Major accountabilities of this role include patient care coordination, direct patient care, patient education, telephone triage/eVisits, and performing/assisting with in-clinic minor procedures. May float to other areas on as needed for operations need.

Job Requirements:

• Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations specific to the area of employment.
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferred.
• Nursing Licensure Required. Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Preferred.
• Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
