Registered Nurse, Observation Unit – Froedtert Health
Location:
Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin (Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital). Full‑time, 0.60 FTE, Shift
3. Sign‑on bonus: $7,500 with 2‑year commitment.
29‑bed medical & surgical observation unit serving orthopedics and spine surgery patients. 1:4–5 daytime RN/NA ratio, 1:5–6 nighttime. Charge nurses provide leadership. Structured preceptorship for new staff.
Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for adult inpatient patients in a high‑acuity observation setting.
Experience & Education- Clinical competence in adult inpatient care, emphasis on orthopedics/spine surgery.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; RN license required.
