Wage
: up to $40/hr

Responsibilities
:

• Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, provide licensed care for residents/patients during each shift.
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate resident/patient care plans.
• Maintain resident/patient safety and supervise nursing assistant activities.
• Follow Center policies and procedures and state Nurse Practice Act duties.

Required Education and Experience
:

• Licensed in the State as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with necessary supplies and equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, oxygen, medication cart).
• Ability to calculate drug dosage.
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
• Positive, effective communication with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and staff.
• English reading, writing, speaking; basic computer skills and willingness to learn company applications.
