Linden Grove Menomonee Falls, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.
- Full-time or Part-time positions available
- PM shifts available
- $28.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience
- Shift Differential for NOC Shifts
- Eligible for Sign On Bonus
Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
