The Registered Nurse at Froedtert Theda Care in Menomonee Falls, WI provides continuous care for an adult patient population. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, and participate in shifts with holiday and weekend rotations.
Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based nursing care, documenting findings, and collaborating with the health team. Wisconsin RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS within 90 days of hire; BSN preferred.
