Commonheart is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed Registered Nurse to identify and fulfill total nursing needs in home health and hospice within a one-hour travel radius. A company car is provided for 0.6 FTE or more, with schedules Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and option for 24, 32, or 40 hours per week.
Beneficial qualifications include 2+ years in Medical Surgical, Home Health, Hospice, or Long-Term care, plus Gerontology or Wound Care certification.
