Quality Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform product tests and measures in accordance with product specifications.
• Correct non-conforming issues through necessary actions, adjustments, and changes.
• Monitor production activities according to established GMPs.
• Approve product specifications and manage line start-ups.
• Identify and document tests for product line start-ups.
• Conduct timely audits and inspections.
• Summarize and create quality data for customer shipments, including Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Initiate and record product holds.
• Perform final product release for shipments.
• Assemble and file production test retains and records.

• At least 1+ years of quality inspection experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience in Flexible Packaging, Food, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical quality control.
• Proficiency in documenting results in both paper and electronic forms, using software such as Word, Excel, and proprietary systems like WinSPC.

• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Background in Flexible Packaging, Food Packaging, Chemical Packaging, or Pharmaceutical Packaging.

This role involves working alongside production staff to perform quality checks, primarily on the production floor, approximately 95% of the time. Weekend overtime is voluntary, unless planned in advance. The work involves fast‑paced quality checks and audits/inspections every 20 to 30 minutes per production line. The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
